Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be pivotal in understanding and addressing the needs of our international travellers. Your responsibilities include:
– Listening to, responding to, and mediating between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring top-notch customer service.
– Clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, and technical requirements, providing precise information,
and following established processes via email and phone.
Requirements:
– Language Skills: Proficient in Norwegian (C2 level) and advanced English.
– Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
– Technical Skills: Proficient with PC usage, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.
– Mindset: Problem-solving, solution-oriented, positive, and motivated, capable of handling challenging customer issues.
– Work Approach: Goal-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities and business processes.
– Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued.
– Availability: Able to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km from the office).
