As the **Office Manager**, your main responsibility is to oversee and manage Facility and Reception at our center. You and your team develop all the facility activities in the center, and you make the difference by supporting the Centre Manager to ensure the compliance with the Company standards as well as with the local legislation requirements.**Your main responsibilities include**:- Negotiate partnerships and supplier contracts related to maintenance, cleaning,
office supplies and rental of premises.- Follow up of the external suppliers and providers.- Make the center a great place to work and proactively engage in work environment initiatives.- Develop, encourage and maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.- Responsible for office facilities and stationary supplies, purchase, maintenance and improvements.- Review invoices and optimize the centre costs.- Conduct and spread the sustainability commitment and responsibilities in the centre leading responsible employees for the mission.- Plan the budget for office expenses and investments and present it to the Centre Controller.- Ensure that all health and safety related employee relations responsibilities,
legal requirements and all relevant H&M; policies are fulfilled in the center in cooperation with the Security responsible.- Close working relation with the centre security responsible to fulfil the Safety and Occupational Health and Safety requirements in cooperation with employee representatives and ambassadors.Qualifications- A result orientated and driven attitude with an analytical and reflective mindset.- The ability to communicate company objectives and information to your team in an engaging way.- Being fair, empathetic and committed to both the business and the well-being of our colleagues.- Being well-organized and able to cope with an ever-changing workload.- The ability to prioritize and plan strategically ahead for both the business and our customers.- The ability to evaluate and improve both your own and your team’s performance to reach objectives and results.- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve.- At least 2-year experience leading large groups.- You have an advanced knowledge in MS Office.- Be familiar with the local legislation requirements concerning air condition systems and electricity.- High level of English and Spanish, both verbal and written to contact Global, local suppliers and local store stakeholders.
