Responsibilities:

  • Assist the accounts with the stock entry and client invoicing in the system ensuring the orders are invoiced on time after delivery of the goods
  • Creation and management of Sales and Purchase Orders according to the client requirements based on the Operations Executive specifications
  • Creation and management of online catalogues in the system, collecting and uploading the catalogue information, monitoring the process and updating the system, ensuring the online portal is performing correctly
  • Collection and revision of delivery documentation
  • Pricing upload in the system – Creation and maintenance of the data base: Article, Article Images, Catalogue Article Pricing, Final Pricing…
  • Upload and maintenance of the track and trace tool
  • End to end process catalogue support, providing support throughout the overall catalogue cycle
  • Work alongside the team to implement the Shared Service Team efficiently and to ensure the tasks are correctly allocated amongst the team
  • Proactively recommend improvements to the current ways of working and identify opportunities to work more efficiently
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiently
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Experience:

  • Strong administrative background

Knowledge:

  • Excellent organisational abilities and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Studies:

  • College degree or above

Languages:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Languages: Spanish, English
