Snowdrop is looking for a part-time Legal or Paralegal. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with legal compliance, managing various regulatory requirements, and supporting the legal framework operations alongside outside legal counsel. A large proportion of their time will be spent working on contracts with significant global financial institutions and help implement new ideas whilst keeping hold of the companies legal and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with contract reviews and markups (Master Service Agreements, SAAS Agreements, SOW, Customer Contracts, End-User Licence Agreements (EULA))
• Continued implementation and monitoring of NDAs
• GDPR Compliance
• Ability to research new territory laws and regulations
• Work closely with Sales on commercial approach to negotiations
• 2-4 years of paralegal experience in Fintech or related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to achieve short-term objectives in the context of long-term goals for you and the company
• Experience working with the Financial Services/Fintech Sector

What we offer

• Competitive base salary and commission structure of £24,000 in total
• Flexible office hours – 15 -20 hours per week.
• Bi-annual company offsites in London and Malaga, Spain

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
