Are you enthusiastic, energetic and eager to learn? Come and join our Regional EMEA Energy Support team supporting the Energy and Industrial Projects Vertical in Spain. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with local Operations, Sales, and Energy Team members around the globe to continue growing our Energy business in Spain. In our multinational Company, you will experience a variety of languages and cultures.

You will be responsible for:

1. Being the key operations point of contact between the company and customers with special focus on Energy Vertical market.
2. Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with our existing and targeted customers in Spain.
3. Developing and sustaining relationships with new & existing vendors by sourcing, initiating, and attending regular meetings with trucking companies, port agents, shipping lines, carriers, marine surveyors.
4. Sourcing Logistics Solutions for project and general cargo for RFQ’s received from OIA existing and targeted customers.
5. Supervising operational activities relating to Special Projects and / or other customer bookings / orders to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
6. Negotiations on RFQs, BIDs & Project inquiries with vendors, customers, and agents for our Energy vertical business.
7. Coach and develop the Branch team on operational tasks for project cargo business in Spain to ensure the team adheres to the process and procedures set up.

What we need from you:

• Experience in project cargo (quoting, planning, and execution) including specialized containers, ocean breakbulk, air charters, and OOG haulage is essential.
• Excellent and proactive communication & negotiation skills.
• Experience of managing diverse work groups and financial acumen.
• Ability to work to deadlines and with high attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skillset.
• Ability to take ownership and initiatives at work, ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with customers and build rapport.
• Excellent communication at all levels, ability to speak and write English.
• Ability to use your initiative and be proactive.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
