What do we do?

Joining the Product Excellence team in the Product Department, you will be responsible for managing product quality insights and projects, addressing business and customer experience needs.

This position has a vital role in developing and scaling our product quality standards and operations across all markets.

Be a part of a team where you will be :

• Improve already existing systems to monitor Product KPIs.
• Contribute to the development of new metrics (e.g., Product Quality Index).
• Analyse NPS and Customer Satisfaction performance, developing actionable insights with key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and solutions across markets / destinations.
• Constantly on the lookout to deliver better value to our customers, you will report on opportunities and make recommendations to the Product teams.
• Own data to ensure the highest standards of data integrity & quality are reinforced.

Requirements

• BA in Business Admin, Economics, Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a B2C, Travel or Ecommerce environment).
• Excellence analytical skills (advanced Excel user and comfortable with Data Visualisation tools).
• Team player with excellent communication, having experience experiencie working with stakeholders across several departments.
