Business Intelligence Analyst Support

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Support to cover a maternity leave in the Marketing and Sales department of one of our clients, a multinational pharmaceutical company. This offer will provide you with valuable experience in a highly regulated and specialized industry, as well as the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of business intelligence by working with local Business Information Managers and Core teams. In addition, you will be able to establish useful professional contacts and networks for your future.

MISSION:

1. Support of Business Insights Managers.
2. Prepare and maintain ongoing commercial operations reporting.
3. Report Business results in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
5. Support customer needs identification through customers, brand, market insights generation to detect opportunities for Business Plans.
6. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales results and forecasting and suggest actions for improvement.
7. Contribute to the identification, evaluation, and comparison of new secondary data sources.
8. Work closely with the Data Steward and Data Scientist position to establish excellence in reporting and other analytics positions to find synergies in projects and tasks.

What will make you succeed:

• Experience in a similar role, like Consultant or Business Intelligence.
• Technical profile with specific training or skills in data.
• Advanced user of office tools (advanced level of Excel essential), as well as mastery of databases and information searches.
• Knowledge of data processing and visualization platforms is valuable.
• Fluent in English.

SCHEDULE:

08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)

Nowadays: 2 days of office work | 3 days remote
