.Job Description:Job DescriptionReporting to the CEE Region GM, AA. No Direct Reports. This position can be done from Poland, Romania, Czech, UK, Spain, France, Germany, Italy or Greece.The position will be the principal connect between Europe & Canada area brand leads and the countries in Central and Eastern Europe by helping countries carry out portfolio prioritization in line with the AA International Marketing strategy and Central and Eastern Europe strategy. This individual will be a member of the AA CEE Regional Leadership Team.This individual will understand and advocate for country marketing needs.

The incumbent will also ensure the percolation of Brand and Launch strategies from IMCO to countries and will help countries get access to tools and resources needed to build Execution Excellence assessing, building and augmenting marketing capabilities in the different countries. In addition, the position may lead regional projects, new product launches and planning.Main duties and responsibilitiesCentral and Eastern Europe Portfolio StrategyPartner CEE Regional team (Medical Affairs, Commercial Director, Finance, Training and Distributor Markets Director) to maximize deployment of Brand Plans in line with IMCO strategy.Lead Brand plan preparation across the region, including launch excellence, and support countries with their local tactical plan creation.Ensure marketing country execution is aligned with regional priorities, with robust brand strategies and aligned cross functional tactics. Partnering with local markets on go-to-market/launch strategy including marketing campaigns, communication etc.Liaise back with Europe & Canada brand team to cover local marketing needs.Capability BuildingLead and activate the regional marketing community, fostering a culture aligned with AA values :

develop ways we work that would benefit to the whole community, such as best practice and process efficiency, projects groups, etc. Foster a culture of innovation and performance.Maximize marketing capabilities in all the countries to ensure countries have A-class marketing talent with business acumen mindset. Ensure individuals have a targeted plan to develop further their marketing skills, aligned with GM and HRSupport in country marketing team in leveraging their cross functional efficiencyRequirements of the candidate:1.
