Job Description:
- Maintains Sales relationships with B2B clients by phone and e-mail (Tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, etc.)
- Supports and assists the group booking & ticketing transactions.
- Carries out Reservation, ticketing and ancillary services management
- Manages payment issues through BSP (ADM/ACM).
- Manages travel agency claims through CRM System.
- Generates functional and daily sales reports
- Carries out final customer requests management (reservations, DBC payments, claims, various incidences).
- Assists to Frequent Flyer Program Passengers.
· Performs Endorsement and Rerouting processes.
· Carries out Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, Information and Passenger services
· Calculates the fare and arranges the route as per requests of the passengers; provides information to the passengers in relation to schedule, fares (APT-ABC); and ensures the required coordination.
· Reports and registers any operational income-cost-financing and financial statistical information to the relevant IT systems such as SAP, ERP, DOP as required by the Management.
If needed the company may require Operational tasks to be performed at the Airport office such as:
· Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, Information and Passenger (Operations) (Check-in, Manifest preparation) services at the Sales Office / Airport Office or at both, as designated by the General, Airport or Sales Manager.
· Reservation/booking for the passengers applying to the counter.
- Any daily airport sales and operations related task.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Master/Bachelor degree or at least high school graduation
- Permanent residence permit in the respective country (The Company will not provide or assist with work permits)
- Minimum 2-year Experience in civil aviation or travel agency in sales capacity
- The ability to cope with situations that create pressure
- Excellent command of English and Spanish
- Availability to work in shifts, including overnight if needed
- Being a team player along with having the capability to work independently when necessary
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good knowledge and experience of a major GDS System (Amedaues, Sabre etc.)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Sense of responsibility
· Ability to make decisions accurately and effectively
- GDS based B2B/B2C client-oriented sales experience.
