**FUNCTIONS**: DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES: – Lead and manage the data analytics team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development. – Develop and implement data analysis strategies, processes, and methodologies to ensure accurate and timely insights. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations. – Participate in SBI initiative to support and accelerate the decision-making process. – Design and maintain data systems and databases, including data integrity, quality, and security. – Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns,

and relationships in large datasets. – Analyze and implement internal & external data sources to nurture and enrich the company business models. – Create and present clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision-making – Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, fostering a focus on data quality, accuracy, and value. – Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emergingtechnologies to maintain acompetitive edge in data analytics – Coordinate the Training-plan with data users to deploy new reports and dashboards. – Continuously measure the usage and impact of data to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and relevancy. STRUCTURE: – Reporting directly to EMEA Business Operations Manager. – Working functionally with HQ (Sales, Marketing, Digital, Business Developers, Pricing ), Global Data Team and EMEA Local Companies. REQUIREMENTS: – Education: Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. – Experience 5 years’ experience in Data Analysis or Related Field.

– Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling. – Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks. – Strong Power BI modelling and visualization knowledge. – Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, and Excel. – Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms. – Experience with big data platforms and technologies, such as Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark. – Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases. – Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
