Sales Manager (APAC Market)

We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers. As a senior member of the revenue leadership team, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and recognizing patterns of success and failure, and leading collaborations with other departments to drive consistent excellence within your team of account executives.

Tasks in the role:

1. Hire, lead, coach, and support the AE team to meet and exceed revenue and other specific goals.
2. Foster a data- and metrics-driven management approach to effectively lead large teams.
3. Design and implement a metric-driven approach to achieving the right sales activities to drive consistency and predictability in achieving sales excellence within your region.
4. Provide guidance, coaching, feedback, and create learning opportunities for individual team members.
5. Oversee continuous training for the Account Executive team to ensure strong knowledge of Semrush products and services.
6. Identify and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to optimize sales activity and processes.
7. Maintain expert product knowledge to support customer questions and provide clarity on Semrush’s solutions.
8. Support the Sales Leadership team in reporting revenue goals and submit forecasts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent English, a second Asian language preferred.
• Working knowledge of SFDC, Salesloft, Excel, Tableau, or similar software.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, and/or Digital Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales management supporting the EU region.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
