Senior Administrator / Business Planning and Operations Specialist PWT-990

The Senior Administrator / Business Planning and Operations Specialist will support operations for the neuroscience therapy area. Working closely with the head of Business Planning and Operations, they will provide project, logistical, contract, and financial management support, whilst managing external interactions with contractors and procurement.

Accountabilities:

  1. Vendor management, maintaining clear communication and integration of key contractors for the Neuroscience group.
  2. Track and report expense against assigned budgets such as our travel budget ($ and CO2).
  3. Tracking academic collaborations and associated costs for the TA.
  4. Manage databases of clinical SOPs, and coordinate their renewal with functional leads.
  5. Act as the Business Learning Lead for Neuroscience, overseeing training completion and curriculums for Neuroscience.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and facilities issues, interfacing with responsible functions at the site as needed.
  7. Track publications in the Neuroscience group, and make sure they are captured in our publications database.
  8. Coordinate contracting process for individual experts with our ’Engaging External Experts’ (E3S) team.
  9. Coupa and Concur Super User with ability to set up vendor agreements and purchase order set-ups and approval.
  10. Act as Sharepoint administrator, maintaining the Neuroscience Sharepoint site.

  • Experience of stakeholder management in the matrix organization.
  • Influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills, fluent in English.
