Freightos is the global booking and payment platform for the trillion dollar freight industry. Our platform is used by hundreds of airlines and ocean liners, thousands of freight companies, and over ten thousand importers and exporters.

Digitizing global trade is an exciting task. We are already the world’s largest freight market intelligence database. To help empower more of the world’s largest retailers, we are looking for a world-class Enterprise Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the portfolio of Freightos Enterprise customers
  • Establish customer-tailored strategies, maintain relationships, manage the customer life-cycle, and advise on data-driven freight solutions
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, keep CRM systems up-to-date, increase product adoption, and reduce churn risks
  • Coordinate with the Data Team globally, drive adoption with global accounts, and forge strategic relationships with customers
  • Create a stellar customer experience, think of creative solutions for customer engagement

Basic Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker and writer
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise account management, sponsor and decision-maker relationships with BCOs and Fortune1000 enterprises, or providing software solutions in shipping/SCM/logistics services
  • Understanding and experience in international freight (ocean, air, multimodal)
  • Proven track record of building business relationships with mid/senior level executives
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Comfortable working in a cross-department role, methodical, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, assertive, and self-confident
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience presenting software solutions and development roadmaps, leading customer feedback roundtables
  • Experience supporting software products like SalesForce, Domo, Slack, Zendesk, etc., using data to drive customer value
  • Experience in project management and knowledge of additional languages

  • Full-time position with flexibility
  • Location: Barcelona (Hybrid model)
  • Report to: Director of Sales, Freightos Enterprise Solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Type of contract: Permanent contract with Webcargo SLU Spain, part of the Freightos Group
