As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  2. Promoting customer loyalty.
  3. Communicating delivery information accurately and promptly.
  4. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Turkish (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
  • Availability for full-time work (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Valid working permit and NIE Number.
  • Location: Barcelona.
