As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Promoting customer loyalty.
- Communicating delivery information accurately and promptly.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Turkish (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
- Availability for full-time work (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
- Valid working permit and NIE Number.
- Location: Barcelona.
