About the role:

Our People department is dedicated to ensuring current and future Wallboxers have the best experience within the most inspiring and inclusive environment to do their best work and achieve their potential throughout their journey at Wallbox. Building this experience requires strong Learning & Development, and performance strategies. With an ambitious project to revolutionise the way people use energy, our business units are growing very fast and you´ll join a dedicated and motivated team focused on unleashing the power of our people. As a Learning and Development Partner; and reporting directly to the Head of Employee Experience and L&D;, you will be involved in the Performance and Development areas, overseeing the implementation of processes we consider critical for our business.

  • Coordinate the Management Enablement and High Potentials programs and other key developmental programs
  • Construct career paths and learning journeys across functions aligned with our performance and development strategy
  • Help build a solid succession planning process
  • Assist the communication of performance and development projects to People Partners and stakeholders
  • Improve processes that enable better cross-team collaboration in fast-paced environments
  • Be focused on tangible, measurable results while being able to cultivate new relationships by displaying motivating and influencing skills
  • Find comfort in working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations or a similar field
  • At least 5 years of experience within Human Resources, and 2-3 years in L&D
  • Being a good communicator. You must have strong written, oral and presentation skills, plus confidence!
  • Displaying an enthusiastic and a positive attitude, even under pressure
  • Having a strong ability to develop effective relationships throughout the organisation
