Cash Collections Supervisor (Fluent in English) [L-919]

Cash Collections Supervisor (Fluent in English) will be responsible for:

1. Lead and develop team of five direct reports
2. Managing account reviews, including payment reconciliation, cash collection, dispute ownership, and litigation handovers
3. Be responsible for accurate and timely escalation resolution
4. Conduct ad hoc analysis for quality assurance and generation of insights for management, including preparation of relevant reporting
5. Implement, optimize, automate, and monitor accounts receivable processes and internal controls
6. Identify, lead, and drive relevant strategic projects and topics
7. Achieve monthly and annual personal and team targets

Requires:

• Previous Cash Collection or O2C experience
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Initiative, hands-on approach, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer focus
• Fluent in English
