Your Role as a CFO:

The CFO will be instrumental in steering the financial strategy and operations across our client’s Spanish market operations. The chosen individual will bring a forward-thinking perspective to financial planning, investment strategies, and operational efficiency, supporting the company’s broad objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Lead financial planning, risk management, and budgeting processes across the organization.
• Optimize capital allocation and oversee financial operations and investment activities.
• Forge strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, banks, and financial institutions, to facilitate fundraising and financial negotiations.
• Collaborate with the executive team to articulate and implement strategic business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations in the Spanish market.
• Drive performance improvement through insightful analysis of financial data and market trends.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial managerial position within the Industrial Sector.
• Deep understanding of financial legislation, regulation, and practices in the Spanish market.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and financial forecasting.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams towards achieving financial and business goals.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Spanish is essential, high level of English is a requirement.
