with a worldwide presence, we are looking for a consultant 360º , to manage selection processes and Business Development, of our clients, in our offices in Madrid.
Consultant
Requirements:
- Minimum studies: University Degree
- Recruitment Experience at least 1 year
- Organized, proactive, results-oriented person who wants to focus their professional career in the world of Human Resources consulting.
- Good level of English is a must
- Target and results orientation.
- Very good communications and people skills.
Main functions:
- Business development, clients and candidates contact.
- Direct search for candidates
- Publication of offers on the main job portals/ Curriculum screening.
- Telephone, telematic and face-to-face interviews and client meetings.
- Negotiate with Clients our service contract and conduct the process
- Presentation and defense of candidacies with the client to arrange interviews
- Negotiate with Candidates potential offers and help them to make the right professional move.
