Job Description Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Execute the tasks agreed with the Commissioning Team Leader and Commissioning Shift Leader.
  2. Create or revise procedures for commissioning.
  3. Provide technical support, advice, and instructions to other commissioning technicians and contractors.
  4. Report technical deviations.
  5. Organize spare parts, equipment, and tooling for the jobs.
  6. Provide regular reports on commissioning status.
  7. Report for the cost control system.
  8. Inform all site personnel of any site hazards brought about as a direct result of commissioning actions, together with associated precautions.
  9. Execute commissioning tasks safely and timely in accordance with the contract, budget, and time schedule.
  10. Survey the commissioning work performed by the subcontractor.
  11. Follow the handover between installation and commissioning phases.
  12. Propose process improvements for Security and/or cost reduction.

Responsibilities on EHS:

  1. Implement and enforce EHS management policy.
  2. Guarantee the fulfillment of EHS rules on site.
  3. Encourage involvement in making suggestions for improvements to avoid accidents.
  4. Comply with EHS policy.
  5. Identify risks and propose means of prevention.
  6. Participate in development of courses and proposals for improvement.
  7. Educate and train in work procedures concerning safety.
  8. Wear required personal protective equipment.
  9. Take care of work equipment and cooperate in combating emergencies.
  10. Report failures, deficiencies, accidents, and incidents.
