The main tasks for the Functional Delivery Lead will be:
- Delivering the Tax processes and underlying technology for all Tax areas such as Direct Tax, Statutory and Tax Accounting, Transfer Pricing, and Indirect Tax (including security) within Central Finance program
- Managing the Tax functional area team (internals & externals) throughout all phases of the project
- Providing:
- Regular project update to the Program Management Office.
- Input to Change Management Team and Business
- Expertise in the development of rigorous testing and transition planning
- Liaising with any third parties for the development of processes and interfaces
- Ensuring the overall quality and robustness of the solution in conjunction with the design authority
- Participating in the Design Authority
Requirements:
- Extensive SAP experience with a focus on Tax and Finance
- Strong consulting experience in lead roles of similar capacity
- Ability to bring functional expertise together with knowledge of best practices and experience from other Central Finance and/or relevant projects
- At least 15 years of relevant project experience in consultancy roles
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
- Great English skills (written and spoken)
