Job description

Pronovias Group has been dressing dreams for more than 50 years through our four brands:
Pronovias, Saint Patrick, White One, Nicole and Ladybird.We are constantly growing and therefore, are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our store in Barcelona. The receptionist will be responsible for attending and addressing customers’ needs (requests, consults, and complaints), offering quick and effective solutions aligned with PRONOVIAS policy and values to contribute to the sales process, improving the customer experience quality.

Main Functions:

  1. Welcome customers who visit our stores.
  2. Provide information about the store and its procedures.
  3. Support the Sales Consultants during appointments and fittings with tips and useful information to increase sales.
  4. Answer phone calls and direct them efficiently to the appropriate people.
  5. Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments and fittings.
  6. Assure satisfactory customer service in the store during the whole sales process.
  7. Support the Store Manager when introducing the Sales Consultant to the customer.
  8. Prepare Order Notes and make payments through different payment methods.
  9. Control Order Notes pending to be paid and manage charges.
  10. Follow up with customers who canceled their appointment or did not attend the scheduled day.
  11. Review the agenda with the Store Manager weekly.
  12. Carry out the cash register closeout and prepare the liquidation envelope.
  13. Transfer information received from headquarters to the store team.
  14. Prepare and send internal mail at the beginning of the week and at the end of the month.
  15. Keep the store reception and information desks tidy at all times, ensuring alignment with the internal policy.
  16. Collaborate with the team, informing the store manager about feedback received from customers.
  17. Support the Store Managers in assistance with the TPV and in appointment and fitting alterations.
  18. Offer and serve drinks to customers during the Digital Book phase and when the sale is closed.
  19. Provide support with transfer management (reception and stock sending) between stores.
  20. Manage requests, storage, and replacement of office supplies.

Requirements:

We are looking for a person with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles within premium or luxury brands. A passionate individual to provide excellent service to our clients with a positive attitude. We seek a goal-oriented person with the ability to work as a team and reflect a problem-solving attitude. Excellent communication skills are a must, and knowledge of additional languages will be highly valuable. Availability to work full days on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays is required.
