.Job Purpose :We have an exciting opportunity to join our global Ethics and Compliance team and help support ethical leadership across our global business.The role exists within our Policy, Training and Communication team and requires a strong ability to write and communicate in English, with additional languages beneficial.It requires strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new applications to support effective reporting and communication.The role will also support the broader Ethics and Compliance program, including the opportunity to work with financial analytics, risk management and data analysis.You can also take the lead on global Ethics and Compliance projects and change management initiatives.
It is a perfect opportunity for someone with an interest in growing their experience in Ethics and Compliance, with broad exposure to every element of an effective E&C; program.You will also be able to develop emerging technical skills, including the chance to use AI models and practice prompt engineering in a dynamic business environment.Highlighted Skills :We have a small team with a broad range of talents, and the right individual can contribute to our success in a number of important ways.We offer a supportive environment for developing new skills, but the preferred candidate would have proven success in at least one of the core need areas listed below
