Our Hostel is searching for a new receptionist who is able to deliver excellent customer service. We want fun and kind people who love working with travelers. You need to be able to manage many different tasks at the same time and still be very friendly and kind with all our guests. We expect you to be:

- Able to offer top service, any help to our guests
- Engaged and interested, you are a hard worker
- Excellent with people, friendly and welcoming approach
- Great at independent work, but you enjoy working in a team too
Expect check-ins, check-outs, working with reservations, emails, phones, all requests and questions. You will also work with Food and beverage among other tasks. Full-time position, morning/afternoon shifts mostly, includes some night-shifts too. This position is very active, not a passive sitting behind the reception.
Requirements:
- Advanced English and Spanish language
- Work permit, NIE/DNI
- Positive attitude and communication skills
- Multitasking
