Job Description:
Team: In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units:
- Supply: Deals with boat owners to ensure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.
- Sales: Deals with tenants and supports them throughout the booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.
- Customer Care: Represents the point of contact for customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team and makes the link between boat owners and tenants for booking modifications, cancellations, insurance, or accident issues.
You will join the Sales team, a business unit composed of roughly 30 people, strengthened by seasonal employees during summer. The Sales team operates on several markets, each supervised by a Sales lead. You will join the German team led by Daniel, Head of Sales, and composed of a dozen Sales Executives. You will also work closely with colleagues in charge of international markets, as well as the Supply, Customer Care, and Finance Operations Team.
Missions:
- Look for the best matching offers for clients and negotiate the best rates with owners.
- Ensure full client satisfaction throughout and later guarantee customer loyalty.
You will have yearly objectives, which can be distributed monthly or quarterly. To ensure business continuity, the team is used to working some Saturdays during the high season.

Preferred Experience:
- You are a fluent German and English speaker and have a good knowledge of German customers.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in the Sales field.
- You are an excellent communicator, enjoy building trust with clients, and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiatives, and prioritize user satisfaction.
- You are interested in start-up environments, proactive, and willing to share ideas to improve services.
- If you have a boating background, it’s a plus.
