Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Standards Quality and Compliance Manager to set up and manage a fit-for-purpose governance model for the Enterprise Platform & Technology Operations (EPTO), part of Product & Tech. You will foster operational excellence, drive continuous improvement while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance.

You will:

• Define a light-weight, guardrail-based governance model adhering to EPTO’s and Adevinta’s risk appetite
• Provide and maintain a consistent and standard framework for EPTO policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
• Own the risk and control framework for the EPTO organization in alignment with the overarching GRC framework
• Coordinate with the product line to develop and continuously improve effective quality control processes and standards
• Be responsible for robust and quality auditing and reporting on all quality assurance to internal and external stakeholders
• Consistently scan the market for legislative, statutory, and industry requirements
• Ensure a standard knowledge management function for EPTO internal and external stakeholders in interaction with Comms and change manager
