Learning Manager for Spanish and English

About the Role
As a Learning Manager you will work directly with our customers to understand their needs. You will take ownership of creating, delivering, and promoting a range of learning resources for the Editorial Managers. You will create learning content including webinars, videos, and one-to-one training.

Responsibilities

1. Take ownership of the creation and delivery of editorial systems learning materials to fit our business objectives
2. Gathering information and feedback from teams and customers to turn into actions that help improve existing training material
3. Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand customer feedback to help continuously improve our editorial systems resources
4. Proactively scheduling and conducting training in adherence to agreed best practices for both our internal and external stakeholders
5. Supporting the creation and delivery of training material including content development and promoting improvement methodologies to update and enhance processes
6. Acting as an ambassador for editorial systems during Editorial Board meetings, Society contract renewals, and other meetings requiring representation

Requirements

• Display good written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish
• Have experience in developing training materials and managing training platforms
• Be a highly effective and compelling communicator who can collaborate with all levels of our organization
• Have some experience in an editorial production environment, collaborating with authors and editors
• Have some experience of working in technical editorial and production systems
