As a Product Manager at AXA Partners in Barcelona, Spain, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of insurance and embedded services innovation.

Your responsibilities will include identifying gaps in consumer product offerings and digital solutions, such as orchestration platforms, and devising innovative strategies to address them.

We are in search of a talented and experienced Product Manager with a sharp market analysis skill and a proven track record of driving product or solution lifecycles from conception to release.

The ideal candidate will be a confident leader who is passionate about business transformation and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

  1. Leading the product, digital solution, and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams.
  2. Analyzing customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective.
  3. Assessing current competitor offerings and seeking opportunities for differentiation.
  4. Analyzing product requirements and developing appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.
  5. Developing, implementing, and maintaining production timelines across multiple departments.
  6. Appraising new product ideas and strategizing appropriate go-to-market plans.
  7. Driving the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
  8. Translating product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  9. Creating product or solution strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.

Your Profile

Must :

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering (processes, distribution).
  • Previous experience as product manager oriented to digital b2b2c ecommerce or platform solutions (3-5years).
  • Extensive experience in dynamic product management, particularly in B2B2C digital ecommerce platforms.
  • Proven success in overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Experience in delivering refined product marketing strategies and value proposition conceptualization.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong technical aptitude to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance market, including emerging trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
