At least 4 years of work experience as a Localization Program Manager and in people management, in a fast-paced environment

PM certifications, e.g. Six Sigma, Prince2, Lean

Knowledge of CAT tools such as Trados, Memsource

Proven ability to analyze data, drive decision-making, and implement effective resolutions

Extensive Excel knowledge

Strong business judgment

Strong prioritization, time management skills, and ability to delegate effectively

Demonstrated sense of urgency, adaptability, and excellent communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university

Fluent in English

Responsibilities include supervising a team of Localization Project Managers, identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy and efficiency, measuring performance, creating team goals, ownership of projects, and fostering an inspiring team culture

Experience in reporting tools like Tableau or QuickSight is a plus. Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, and coding skills are beneficial. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Quicksight and other languages apart from English are desired
