At least 4 years of work experience as a Localization Program Manager and in people management, in a fast-paced environment
PM certifications, e.g. Six Sigma, Prince2, Lean
Knowledge of CAT tools such as Trados, Memsource
Proven ability to analyze data, drive decision-making, and implement effective resolutions
Extensive Excel knowledge
Strong business judgment
Strong prioritization, time management skills, and ability to delegate effectively
Demonstrated sense of urgency, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
Fluent in English
