What will be your main responsibilities?
- You are the first point of contact for the employees and managers for all HR related matters
- You follow up on job interviews and schedule interviews for the HR Manager & other business managers
- Proactive & hands-on involvement in daily HR activity
- Help our Training & Development team to identify training needs & set-up trainings for our employees
- You keep yourself continuously informed of the evolutions and developments in the field of HR
